A very nice local campground, minutes away from the Farmington River Tubing. The open sites seemed a bit close together, as well as some of the inside loop wooded sites, but overall, not bad.

I enjoyed the musical band they had at the pavilion on Saturday evening, and even managed to see a Chipmunk! The staff was very friendly and helpful, assisting me in locating the nearest Wal-Mart for a few supplies. They have a security gate, and regular patrols around the campground making you feel pretty safe. The pool was nice, but the dressing rooms / pool showers left a lot to be desired in the cleanliness department. (This fact was reported to management, but I was not there long enough to see any results.)
